This is a painting of some of my boots. I really like the colour scheme of this painting with the yellows, browns and the contrast against the blue background. I used to wear these boots a lot so had a lot of sentimental value to me and this is why I decided to paint them as they had a lot of meaning to me and I enjoyed painting them. I especially like the black outline/ shadow behind the boots as I think it adds depth and emphasis of the boot itself. Overall I enjoyed painting this even though I still think there is a lot that I can improve on.
